DNN Survey Module is an enchanced survey module in DotNetNuke(DNN). This module Contains category field, with this field we can be able to get category based survey instead of general survey.
This Survey module is easy to install, easy to administrate, and even easier to use. Because we recognize that there is a variety of users who will use this module, from simple to advanced users.
The Survey module allows visitors to participate in a survey and possibly see the tabulated results. The Survey Module generates an easy-to-complete survey to which website visitors can add their input. Survey results are rendered as a bar chart and include the number of individual responses.

Core Of The Module
In this Survey Module the Questions and Answers are rendered according to the active language for the module. The module is an adaptation of the standard Survey module.
When the module is rendered, only the questions available in the locale that is active at that moment are displayed. For each Question, if the corresponding Answers are not available in this particular locale, it is tried to show text in the default portal locale. If no text is available in the default portal locale, as a final resort, any available text for this module is shown.

Uploading the File The Survey module file "cDNNSurvey.zip" file has to be uploaded in the Host settings, module definitions sub-page. If the zip file size is less than the module will run fast on DNN.

Categories First of all the user has to set the categories of survey they needed. Since based on the category type only the survey's are created.
Create Survey Before entering the question user has to select for which category the question belongs, User can set their own questions with its coresponding answers. The answers can be displayed in variety of ways such as check box, option button, as comments, etc.,
View Results By clicking the view results a user can be able to get the detailed survey.
