January News

It has been a long wait for DNN3 and due to the very large amount of new functionalities added we are finding more as we test and test. but Hopefully this months we should see it out of the door and I will start testing and fine-tuning all the skins to ensure that they work good with DNN3 RC.

As we are approaching end of January we are getting more and more excited with the latest 3.0.9. It is proving stable and we hope to have SalarO.com changed to dnn3 as soon as RC is out, hopefully in the first few weeks of February..

Swezey

Swezey Fuel Company Inc, a Long Island's foremost provider of quality home comfort decided to use DNN for their forthcoming site and wanted us to build it for them with a totally new look and feel. we did here with help of Salar and Vasilis:-

ArlingtonGolf

Tom has been developing ArlingtonGolf website for them and needed to port it to DNN. However, ArlingtonGlof wanted to keep the existing look and feel, therefore, they asked us to come up with a complex skin that can do this. They also did want to use Solpart Menu as any other menu could have caused issues with upgradeability to DNN3. With the of Salar and Vasilis we came up with this:-

Creative Energies began operations over 14 years ago developing software for petroleum distributors and carriers. Thier clients include large multi-national oil companies, regional petroleum distributors and petroleum tank truck carriers.

Creative Energies did not want to use Solpart Menu so we used Anthony's Inventua.com's side menu. To make it happen we used the msmodern skin from salaro.com as the basis and Salar and Vasilis we came up with this:-

Serenissima

Ashnet IT in Italy have been using DNN for some time and had a requirement for a good skin for the their client in food retail business with full compliance for DNN3. Salar and Vasilis came with this design and provided them with an easy to manipulate flash file that could either take the images from hard drive or from the library. The skin comprises of home page, inner page and Admin page.
