You can either give us an exact requirement documents so we go and develop your skin for you or alternatively show us a site that you like. Some of our customers spend some time in Template Monster and find a templates and if it is very close to what they want then  they buy it and ask us to convert it to DNN skin.  our charges will not be reduced due to the fact that most of these templates are designed by traditional designers and we have to completely re-write the HTML or ascx page.  Nevertheless, they are worth the expenses as the graphics would be yours to use in your site with no further royalty fees.
